There are some strict rules and regulations in place on the forum and they are there to protection you, other members and legal issues that may arise within the forum. Please read them carefully because once you're signed up, this means you are agreeing to follow these rules:

• All transactions on the forum are of the persons involved own accounts. All disputes should be dealt with with the payment processors, e.g. PayPal.
• all items for sale need to have a "price",this it to stop silly offers to the seller and give the buyer an idea of price the seller wants. there is not bidding, and no offers for anything in the classified section, but you are allowed to use o.n.o or o.v.n.o after your price. any haggling can be done by a pm.
• Please be aware that black country carpers takes NO responsibility for any issues between buyer and seller. Goods are advertised and bought at the risk of the individuals concerned. bcc will not allow "Name & Shame" content within the forums and any such material will be removed.
• All sale items must stay strictly on topic. General chit chat may lead to the topics removal and no derogatory postings on member’s sale topics will be tolerated.
• Commercial posts are forbidden unless they are agreed to by the admin. Any commercial posts or advertising of any company trying to sell a product or service without authorisation of the admin will be deleted immediately. i.e sales by tackle shops.
• Please do not use swearing at all within the forum as there may be minors looking at the site.
• Please use the site responsibly. Once you're ban is in place for whatever reason, it's up to the site administrators whether you're allowed to use the site again.
• We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify, suspend or discontinue the Discussion Forum (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
• Please do not abuse the forum.
• Only register one account.
• NEW FORUM USERS PLEASE TAKE NOTE - new forum users must have a valid working email address and a clear easy to understand username i.e boilieking or longcast5 . any users with usernames out of the ordanary will be deleted on activation and treated as a spammer i.e eiorgijopo , or swfalp95kjf94.
• all new forum accounts have to be approved first by the admin. Unfortunately this is due to such a large amount of spam on the net,, here at bcc we dont like spammers !

  In posting on the black country carpers forum, you agree that you will not use the Forum, its private message and E-mail system or any other part of our site to:

  · Upload, post or email any content that contain computer viruses or any other computer code, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment
  · Violate any applicable national or international laws or regulations.
  · Advertise the sale or whereabouts of illegal bootleg material (such as copied DVDs, VCDs and computer software).
  · Partake in or incite xenophobia, racism or any other form of personal abuse including sexism.
  · Partake in anything invasive of a person's privacy, including the posting of photographs without that person's permission.
  · Enter forums that are normally disabled on your account.
  (IE: Entering the moderators forum should a glitch become apparent on the forum software that allowed you to use it.)
  Furthermore, within reason we require that you post in a literate manner using correct and understandable grammar. Drunken ramblings will be deleted as will posts written using excessive "text speak"
