Get a copy of advanced floater fishing for carp with chris ball,he shows you how to make floater cake.Got mine of ebay only cost a few quid
If you cant get a copy i'll watch it again in the next couple of days and post the recipe.

And I dont think its as effective as the multitude of dog and cat biscuits at pet world, febo's tuna are killer floaters
