i did a week on rookery meadow... stunning surroundings and ok fishing great for a social :D but that's only for a max of 4 or 5 anglers tbh anymore would be pushing it

Digging up an old thread i know, but bishops bowl would be an excellent place for a social. Good runs water with plenty of room. Shaun the owner would be well up for it.

A friend of mine from Aylesbury booked this pool for a social and by all accounts had a good time, you can even kip in a log cabin bivvy if you want,
